Grenade Launcher is one of the 
Stratagems Weapons in Helldivers 2.
A GL-21 Grenade Launcher effective against armored infantry. Not intended for use against vehicle armor or fortified buildings.
Grenade Launcher Stratagem unlocks at lvl 5 player level and costs 6000 requisition slips to unlock.

Grenade Launcher Mechanics[edit | edit source]
Grenade Launcher is a heavy support Weapon with explosive AOE damage that is able to clean groups of small and medium 
Enemies from medium range.
If shot on the ground Grenade Launcher projectile will bounce off 2 times before exploding. Although if aimed directly at the enemy projectile will explode on the impact.
It can also be effectively used to clean bug holes, eggs from the distance potentially evading close combat and risks for the helldiver.
Using the fire mode selector its possible to adjust firing rate to:
- auto (default fire mode}
- semi

Grenade Launcher Tips and Tricks[edit | edit source]

- Grenade Launcher is amazing weapon for clearing enemy bug holes and automaton factories. Its advisable to have at least 1 person with Grenade Launcher on the Chearing the Bugholes, Nests and factories missions.
- For the Purge Hatcheries Missions it is possible to combine Grenade Launcher with Jump Pack to scale the Hatchery wall and use Grenade Launcher to get rid of eggs without having too much trouble with the Enemies
- Grenade Launcher is also considered to be a good solo support weapon, since it allows high AOE damage, nests clearing and have decent amount of ammo with a fast reload.

- Grenade Launcher may leaves craters on the ground after grenade has exploded.
- It might need some practice in order to use Grenade Launcher against Automaton Factories, because of their weakpoint configuration.
