Bile Titan is a Terminid Enemy in Helldivers 2.

Bile Titan start spawning at Challenging difficulty and higher. They are extremely dangerous and can kill a helldiver in one hit if left unattended.

Although their size usually makes them a primary target.

Bile Titan Bile Spit

Bile Titan Spit attack animation

Bile Titan Bile Spit is a ranged attack where series of poison projectile are flying towards the target helldiver.
The projectiles are targeted at the helldiver's position at the moment of Bile Titan Bile Spit.

This attack can be deadly if several Bile Spits will land on the helldiver. Unlike Bile Spewer's attacks, Bile Titan's attacks are more deadly and kill helldiver faster.

How to Counter Bile Titan Bile Spit

• In order to counter Bile Spit attack its recommended to stay at the medium-long range from the Bile Titan and move sideways to the enemy. This way most projectiles will miss the helldiver.
• Jumping sideways is another option, but its not recommended in the situation when there are multiple threats around, since some enemies might hit and kill helldiver right after the jump.
• Underbelly sacks of Bile Titan are lightly armored and can be destroyed with any weapon. If destroyed it will prevent Bile Titan from doing any Bile Spits Attacks.

Bile Titan's Legs are deadly dangerous as well. If being stomped at, helldiver will most likely will be killed. Bile Titan have short stun/disorient effect as well if it misses the helldiver and lands nearby.

This attack can one shot helldiver if hit.

How to Counter Bile Titan Stomp

• Keeping the distance from the Bile Titan is the safest way to stay away from its legs and Stomps.
• Keeping aware of the surroundings and communication will allow helldivers to be aware of Bile Titan's location.

Bile Titan Fighting Tips

• Destroying the underbelly sacks will prevent Bile Titan from ranged attacks, but it still remains a dangerous enemy in close range. Moreover after belly sacks are destroyed, light and medium penetrating attacks wont get through its heavy armored carapace.
• Head is considered a weak points for Bile Titan. Using any heavy hitting weaponry like Recoilless Rifle, Expendable Anti-Tank or Spear will do decent damage and can kill Bile Titan in couple of hits.
• Mouth is Unarmored / low armor (red hitmarker with every weapon). But it have a very small hitbox and difficult to hit consistenly. Using shotguns like SG-225 Breaker might help to take them down easier.
• Spear can oneshot Bile Titan if aimed properly even from the distance.
• Orbital Laser, Orbital Railcannon Strike and Eagle 110MM Rocket Pods are all auto aiming and powerful to do decent damage to Bile Titan or even kill it.
• Railgun on the unsafe mode does great damage to the Bile Titan if shot at head/mouth.
• When fallen helldivers are coming back to the battlefield using Resupply they can do damage to the Bile Titan by aiming at its weak points.
• Its possible to break armor of Bile Titan making that spot vulnerable to other weapons.

• When killed Bile Titan's corpse will stay on the battlefield. Its huge and there is a chance to get stuck somewhere in between, it can also prevent helldivers from picking up/accessing things under it.
