Armor

Armor in Helldivers 2 defines Helldiver's Movement Speed, Stamina Regeneration and Armor Rating. Depending on the armor type either mobility or armor value will be favored. On top of that, every armor have a special Passive Ability. Currently only the main Armor Piece have variety of stats and passives, while all Helmets and Capes have the same stats and serves more of a cosmetical purpose.
Armor Sets[edit | edit source]
Each Armor set in Helldivers 2 consists of 3 armor pieces: Body, Helmet and Cape. At the moment only Body piece have different stats and passives, while helmets and capes are optional.

Passive | Description |
---|---|
Standard Issue | No additional bonuses. |
Electrical Conduit | Provides 95% resistance to arc damage. |
Democracy Protects | "50%" chance to not die when taking lethal damage. Prevents all damage from bleeding if chest hemorrhages. |
Scout | Markers placed on the map will generate radar scans every "2.0s". Reduces range at which enemies can detect the wearer by "30%". |
Extra Padding | Provides a higher armor rating. |
Servo-Assisted | Increases throwing range by "30%". Provides "+50%" limb health. |
Fortified | Further reduces recoil when crouching or prone by 30%. Provides 50% resistance to explosive damage. |
Med-Kit | Increases initial inventory and holding capacity of stims by "+2". Increases stim effect duration by "2.0s". |
Engineering Kit | Further reduces recoil when crouching or prone by "30%". Increases initial inventory and holding capacity of grenades by "+2". |
Armor Additional Information[edit | edit source]
- Currently Armor Rating is still inferior in comparison with mobility, so most Helldivers prioritize light and medium armor to evade and kite enemies.
